LZ一战GRE, VQVQV。作文里issue命中了之前看到的机经。
作文：Issue: Colleges and universitiesshould require all their students to spend at least one semester studying in aforeign country.
Argument: 题库68. A recent study reported that pet owners have longer,healthier lives on average than do people who own no pets. Specifically, dog owners tend to have a lower incidence ofheart disease. In light of these findings, Sherwood Hospital should form apartnership with Sherwood Animal Shelter to institute an adopt-a-dog program.The program would encourage dog ownership for patients recovering from heart disease, which should reduce these patients'chance of experiencing continuing heart problems and also reduce their need forongoing treatment. As a further benefit, the publicity about the program wouldencourage more people to adopt pets from the shelter. And that will reduce theincidence of heart disease in the general population.
数学：LZ被GRE数学虐成渣渣，文科生N多年没碰过数学了，所以备考的时候就花了很多精力，magoosh的题目刷了一遍，然而考试的时候还是遇到一些难题，结果只考了166.
印象比较深的几道题目：
1.六边形内角和P，七边形内角和P，P+180和Q比大小。六边形和七边形的单词，一定要认得！！LZ给这题跪了。。。背数学词汇的时候想当然的以为不会考到这种单词。。
2.9个数字，平均数7.2，中位数8.4。现在再加入2个数字，一个数字比原先9个数字中最大的要大，一个数字比原先9个数字中最小的还要小。现在的平均数是d，中位数是m。比较d和7.2的大小，m和8.4的大小。
3.一个等边三角形，以边长为直径，三边外更有一个半圆。三角形的边长是根号下pi/2。问三个椭圆形的面积之和。LZ算的是3/4。
4.正方形a的边长是100，正方形b的面积是a的4倍，问b的周长是多少。刚开始差点一个激动选成边长，200。仔细一看发现问的是周长perimeter，是800。
5.一个箱子里有4件shirt，3条裤子，2双鞋子。一件shirt+一条裤子+一双鞋子是一套outfit。特殊情况是，某一件shirt和某一条裤子不能搭配在一起。问总共有多少种outfit。
