图表要素回忆 此次小作文是两类图表的结合： bar chart是比较英国,德国,意大利和荷兰的postal charge by weight，分成<20g, 20-50g, >50g三类。 table就是四个国家对postal service的满意和不满意的两组数据。注意比较数据，以及小作文的结构，两个图表可以分别写一段。
