Advantages of theoretical subjects：

2.to state: the civil qualification’s promotion can reinforce nation commonwealth strength.
3.to society: the acquiry of divergent information can meet the social need to generalists
Advantages of practical subjects：
1.to individual： Easily hunt a job after studying the systemic and professional knowledge
2.to nation: economize efficiently educational resources and financial fund expense.
3.to society: society more urgently expect more and more proficient workers and skilful professionals to accelerate local economical evolution and social progression.
