新托福考试《听力特训》使用之心得

在准备托福考试的过程中，我总共花了14天把新托福考试《听力特训》给听完了，一共是7张光盘的内容。下面说下我对听力特训的使用感受和心得。

每篇passage，我都至少听4遍以上。里面所有的short lecture和short dialogue，虽然语速比iBT speaking section的语速快，内容也多一点，但我仍然全部用来做口语复述用。每个short passage，我至少复述一遍以上。

我觉得生疏的词或短语，和在听力中听了几遍还是不知道的专业词汇，和听了一遍没有迅速反应过来的容易词，我就把它们标出来。共有500个左右，就是下面这些，为了分辨词组，词与词之间和词组之间已用“*”隔开：

《听力特训》每篇文章后面的习题我并不怎么喜欢，我觉得有很多是不符合iBT的要求，如考一些数字题、人名题(包括意大利语，俄语和法语的人名)、非常琐碎的细节题，还有ETS禁说的宗教和政治问题。还有重听题的重听内容太多，没有明确的一个比较小的重听范围，在里面就是重听一大段内容之后，问：“why does the professor say this?”，那么this到底是什么呢，就没说啦，晕死。有不少题目的选项十分的vague，模棱两可、有些答案经不起推敲，因为推敲多一点，就会意识到所谓正确的答案也不够正确。

在准备托福听力的过程中，我们往往容易忽视如何使用特定的训练材料。其实专注于一本或基本复习资料，做深入系统的复习，往往比泛泛练习的效率要高得多。以上心得希望对大家使用《听力特训》及备战托福听力有所帮助！祝大家考试顺利！
