Dear Visa Officer ,
T applied for a F1 visa on July 2 ,but my application was refused because of the followingthree reasons :
l. I'm single. I haven't married.2. I have a good job in China. I needn't go to America.3. I will not come back.
Although I appreciate the visa officer's considering my application ,I think this refusal isunreasonable. I have the right to express my opinion and I hope the visa officer listen tomy explanation.
First , thousands of students going to America to pursue graduate study are singles.Marriage is only a private thing, it's not related with my study. And American lawdoesn't stipulate that singles canst go to America to study. I have a boyfriend, he alsothinks we are still young, we should pay more attention to study now. We plan to mar-ry after we all obtain Master's degree two years later.
Second, most students graduated from university have good jobs in China. Moststudents who go to America to pursue graduate study are engineers or teachers.Although I'm an assistant engineer in China ,I think a person should struggle in all hislife ,not just satisfy with the present status. The goal of a person is to pursue a higherposition ,to pursue more knowledge. The reason I go to study is just because America isin the lead in technology. I want to absorb the latest and advanced knowledge. Turn-ing down my application because I have a Good job in China will block Chinese studentsto realize their academic goals. It's also not in accordance with American values.Third, I was born in China, was grown up in China. Here is my motherland, I havestrong feeling for my country. And China is a developing country, polymers are veryimportant to the development of China.
China needs highly trained professionals in this field. And as you know, China'sdevelopment is very fast in recent years ,this supplies an expanding job market. After Icomplete my study in America ,I can definitely find a good job in China and contributewhat I have learned to my motherland. I will not work as a little employee for anAmerican boss.
Above are my reasons. I believe I have enough quality to further my education inAmerica. I strongly request you reconsider my application and give me an F-l visa.Thank you for all your kind assistance.
